We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences with regard to how we use your information are our highest priority.

PERSONAL INFORMATION NEF COLLECTS

The information we obtain from customers and those that visit our sites helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at New England Footwear websites. Listed below are the types of information we gather and utilize.

PERSONAL INFORMATION SERCURITY

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using VeriSign© and secondary Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. We utilize Authorize.Net© as our payment gateway to protect credit cards details, encrypting sensitive information. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account, to your password and to your computer. Be sure to log out of your account when you are finished using the site, especially when using a shared computer.

If you made a purchase from one of our sites, New England Footwear gives you access to information about your account and your interactions with New England Footwear for the purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. NEF Shipping

As an introductory special, New England Footwear offers free shipping for all of your on-line orders. If you order a pair of shoes directly through New England Footwear, Golitefootwear.net or Z7footwear.com, we will pay to have it shipped to you anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. We will also provide a discounted rate for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

NEF Warranty

This One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the GoLite Footwear and Z7 Footwear Brands manufactured by New England Footwear, LLC. This includes defects that may occur under normal wear. New England Footwear, LLC does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, laundering, the natural breakdown over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected from normal wear.

If you believe your GoLite or Z7 Footwear purchase from NEF Direct is defective for any reason, please contact us by email or phone. We will be happy to evaluate any warranty issue because we want you to be 100% satisfied.

If you receive a defective pair of shoes covered under our warranty, we will replace that pair with a like pair at no charge. You will need to return your shoes to us, along with your contact and shipping info, and what you want for a replacement pair. We will cover the shipping charges.

NEF Return Policy

If you receive a pair of shoes that donÕt fit, or you donÕt like, let us know. Our normal business hours are 9am to 4pm, Eastern Standard Time.
