What is your warranty/return policy?
Warranty
Our One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the GoLite Footwear manufactured by New England Footwear, LLC. This includes defects that may occur under normal wear. New England Footwear, LLC does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, laundering, the natural breakdown over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected from normal wear.
If you believe your GoLite Footwear purchase is defective for any reason, please contact us by email at golite@newenglandfootwear.com or phone 877-610-8870. We will be happy to evaluate any warranty issue because we want you to be 100% satisfied.
If your defective shoes are covered under our warranty policy, we will replace them with the same or a similar pair at no charge. You will need to return your shoes to us, along with your contact and shipping info, and your selection for a replacement pair. We will cover all shipping charges.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange shoes for a different size, we recommend you first contact the retailer from whom you purchased the shoes. If the retailer is unable to accommodate you, please email us at returns@newenglandfootwear.com, or call New England Footwear's friendly customer service department at 877-610-8870 for assistance. Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
Do your shoes fit true to size?
Our shoes are built on specific male and female lasts and are true to size. However, we know that no two feet are alikeÉnot even your own. All GoLite Footwear is designed with our exclusive Precise Fit system, which will give you an instantly customized fit for narrow, medium and wide feet. How can I buy GoLite Footwear?
While we do not sell directly to consumers through this site, we have many retail partners across the US who carry the line. Please select the Where to Buy option from the Footwear menu on our home page. Enter your zip code to see a list of our dealers near you. What is your relationship to GoLite, the gear company from Colorado?
We are actually two separate companies. The GoLite brand's footwear license was issued to The Timberland Company a few years ago. In 2008, New England Footwear purchased the license from Timberland and is currently manufacturing shoes under the GoLite Footwear brand name. Although we maintain ongoing dialog with the GoLite gear team, the two companies are unrelated and do not represent each other's products.
